Menu Monday - 5/6/13

Here is my vegan/carnivore blend menu plan for this week:

Sunday:
Rib Eye Steak, baked potatoes, broccoli (vegan: baked potato, veg. chili, broccoli)

Monday:
Vegetable soup, salad, bread

Tuesday:
lemon chicken, rice, green beans (faux chicken patty, brown rice)

Wednesday:
pork chops, noodles, Brussels Sprouts (leftover black beans and rice)

Thursday:
chicken Caesar salad, TX toast (veggie platter with black beans)

Friday:
Spaghetti, salad, bread (Spaghetti squash, sauce, salad)

Saturday:
Salmon on the grill, asparagus, orzo (leftover vegan food from other meals)
