Here is my vegan/carnivore blend menu plan for this week:
Sunday:
Antipasto
platter with meats, cheeses, hard boiled eggs, olives, bread or rolls
on the side (salad plate with plenty of beans for protein; wasa bread)
Monday:
Barbecued chicken, rice, broccoli (faux patty, brown rice)
Tuesday:
Beef pitas (veggie pitas)
Wednesday:
Cheeseburgers, rolls, fresh veggies (black bean burgers)
Thursday:
Ribs, cole slaw, rolls (sweet potato, salad with beans)
Friday:
Fish sticks, French fries, salad (leftover frozen veg. soup from last week)
Saturday:
lasagne, salad, TX toast (veg lasagne with whole wheat or rice noodles, salad)
