Menu Monday - 5/20/13

Here is my vegan/carnivore blend menu plan for this week:

Sunday: Spaghetti with meatballs (wheat spaghetti with soy "meat" crumblies), salad, TX toast;

Monday: Chicken tortilla soup (not sure what vegan thing yet, possibly cauliflower soup); blue corn chips, salad;

Tuesday: Cheeseburgers on rolls (black bean burgers on whole wheat flats); green beans

Wednesday: Pork stir fry on rice (black beans and rice?...); 

Thursday: lemon chicken, noodles, broccoli (sweet potato, black beans, broccoli

Friday: Steak, salad, baked potato (stuffed baked potato, salad

Saturday: ribs, cole slaw, baked beans (leftovers)
