Sunday:
Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans
Monday:
soup, salad, (bread)
Tuesday:
Grilled Chicken, broccoli (rice)
Wednesday:
Cheeseburgers, (rolls) fresh veggies
Thursday:
pork chops, (noodles) Brussels Sprouts
Friday:
Spaghetti (squash) and meatballs, salad (TX toast)
Saturday:
Lemon chicken, yams, spinach
