Menu Monday, 4/1/13


Well, still learning. I've been calling my menu plan "Paleo", but have actually been studying "Primal", which is similar but different.  So, my menu plan is primal.

Last week's goulash was a HUGE hit! Was gone on day 2. I didn't even get any leftovers of it for my lunch. It was just gone. I'll have to repeat that soon.

Sunday (Easter):
Breakfast: eggs, sausage, coffee (black)
Lunch: Salad with leftover chicken
Dinner: ham, green beans, veggie tray, dessert: fruit and Greek yogurt (rolls, potatoes)

Monday:
Breakfast: eggs, sausage, coffee (black)
Lunch: leftover ham, salad
Dinner:  Hearty Mushroom Beef Soup, salad (rolls)

Tuesday:
Breakfast: eggs, bacon, coffee (black)
Lunch: soup, salad
Dinner: Baked chicken, broccoli, winter squash (rice)

Wednesday:
Breakfast: eggs, sausage, coffee (black)
Lunch: salad with leftover chicken
Dinner: hamburgers, veggies (rolls)

Thursday:
Breakfast: eggs, sausage, black coffee
Lunch: salad, hard boiled egg
Dinner: Meatloaf, mashed cauliflower (mashed potatoes), broccoli

Friday:
Breakfast: eggs, bacon, black coffee
Lunch: Leftover meatloaf
Dinner: Buttery catfish in creamy shallot sauce, green beans, salad (noodles)

Saturday:
Breakfast: eggs, sausage, black coffee
Lunch: Salad with leftover meats
Dinner: Asian Cabbage Stir-fry with chicken (rice)
