Menu Monday for 5/22/17

Another busy week ahead, but at least I had time to plan and shop! Fortunately for the cook, we're eating out a couple of times. Sunday was set aside to go to a nice restaurant to celebrate our anniversary, and Tuesday is a Boy Scout function where dinner will be provided. Here's the plan:

Saturday (5/20):  Spaghetti, salad, TX toast

Sunday (5/21):  Dinner out to celebrate our anniversary

Monday (5/22) (BS Committee Mtg.):  fried chicken, mashed potatoes, broccoli

Tuesday (5/23) (BS Adult COH): Dinner out

Wednesday (5/24): beef vegetable soup, salad, rolls

Thursday (5/25) (CAP):  mandarin chicken salad, rolls

Friday (5/26) (Care Group): baked lemon and dill salmon, asparagus
