Menu Monday for 5/4/15

Here's my vegan/carnivore blended menu plan for this week. Vegan in parentheses. You will see some repeats from last week. Two meals got bumped by changes in plans, and one is just a repeat. Last week's tacos ended up getting made with a cheesey taco seasoning packet, and the Boy wanted normal tacos, not cheesey ones, so I promised him a "redo" this week.

Sunday (5/3):
Barbecued chicken, broccoli, noodles (sweet potato)

Monday (5/4):
Spaghetti w/meatballs, TX toast, salad (no meatballs)

Tuesday (5/5):
Chicken tortilla soup, salad (vegan leftovers)

Wednesday (5/6):
Ham steak, scalloped potatoes, green beans (macaroni & not cheese)

Thursday (5/7):
Tacos, tortilla chips (citrusy black bean taquitos – p 208 FOK)

Friday (5/8):
Dinner out with Pop Pop

Saturday (5/9):
Date night
