Menu Monday (Tuesday) - 10/6/14

Here is my vegan/carnivore blended menu plan for this week.



Sunday:
Chicken pot pie, rolls, salad (vegan: faux chicken patty)

Monday:
Chili, salad, corn bread (vegan: pot made with faux "beef crumblies")

Tuesday:
Broccoli cheddar soup (bowls), salad and cold-cut sandwiches (vegan: broccoli soup, salad, whole wheat roll)

Wednesday:
Chicken Caesar salad, Italian bread (buy kits same day as eating salad) (vegan: faux chicken patty sandwich, salad)

Thursday:
Tacos, tortilla chips, refried beans (vegan: bean burritos with diced onion)

Friday:
Salmon, spinach, noodles (vegan: leftover chili)

Saturday:
Spaghetti, salad, garlic bread (buy ingred next week (vegan: spaghetti sauce with faux "beef crumbles" over whole wheat noodles, salad)
