Menu Monday for 8/4/13
This week in menu planning: Just got back from Boy Scout Camp. Menu plan is for the family this week. Not sure what the vegan will eat.
Sunday:
My daughter's wedding shower. The "boys" went out to eat. The "girls" ate sweets and light hor'douvres (however it is spelled).
Monday:
Mom and dad going out on a date. JD will have to fend for himself.
Tuesday:
Antipasto with meats, cheeses, hard boiled eggs, veggies; dinner rolls
Wednesday:
Barbecued chicken, Stove-Top Stuffing (brown rice), broccoli
Thursday:
Fish sticks, French Fries, home-slaw
Friday:
Chili, salad, corn bread
Saturday:
Fair night; eating at the County Fair!
Busy days. So, what are your dinner plans this week?

Don't you just hate eating the same thing everyday? I know I certainly do.
ReplyDeleteThis is a wonderful time of year when many bloggers are sharing their summer harvest.
My husband and I will be heading to the farmers market in a couple of weeks. He actually wants to try his hand at making pickles. It should be fun for both of us.
Have a delicious week.
Antipasto...yum!!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait until it is fair season here in New England. Have a nice week.
