Okay, I took Labor Day weekend off. Hubby was home, and I wasn't blogging (even though I did menu plan and the shopping got done). So here's this week's plan:
Saturday (9/3): Rib eye steak, baked potatoes, salad
Sunday (9/4): barbecued chicken, corn on the cob, Broccoli
Monday (9/5): cheese burgers, lettuce, tomato, pickles, potato chips
Tuesday (9/6): ravioli, salad, TX toast
Wednesday (9/7): cobb salad, fresh bread
Thursday (9/8)(CAP): Lentil Soup with Cauliflower,
Potatoes and Spinach, salad, whole grain bread (Forks Over Knives page 103)
Friday (9/9): dinner out
Saturday (9/10): Reuben sandwiches
