Menu Plan Monday for 1/25/16

We're expecting to get slammed with a snowstorm, so I needed to shop early. Thought, since I'm ready early I might as well post early. Maybe others use my ideas; maybe they also like to shop on Saturday like my family does. Maybe
they'd also like my shopping list. As an experiment, I'm posting it too. Let me know if you like for me to do this.
I am continuing with #BoneBrothDiet. "No" foods are in parenthesis. Hubby has not (yet?) joined me in giving these up.

Friday (1/29):
B: 3 eggs scrambled w/spinach
L: salad with tuna
D: scallops, carrots, kale (noodles)

Saturday (1/30):  
B: 3 eggs scrambled w/spinach
L: salad with roast beef
D: middle eastern meatballs, (p136), sautéed bok choi,  cauli rice (rice)

Make beef bone broth

Sunday (1/24):
B: bone broth
L: bone broth
D: beef broth/leftovers

Monday (1/25):
B: 3 eggs scrambled w/spinach
L: salad with meatballs crumbled
D: chicken with orange-rosemary sauce (p124), green beans, beets

Tuesday (1/26):
B: 3 eggs scrambled w/spinach
L: salad with tuna
D: roast chicken, broccoli, cauli rice/rice (rice)

Wednesday (1/27):
B: bone broth
L: bone broth
D: bone broth, leftovers

Thursday (1/28):
B: 3 eggs scrambled w/spinach
L:  salad with chicken
D: burgers, Brussel sprouts, lettuce, tomato

Friday (1/29):
B: 3 eggs scrambled w/spinach
L: salad with tuna
D salmon, spinach, squash
