The Bone Broth Diet

So I'm almost done with the 21 day challenge for The Bone Broth Diet. I don't know if I can get a post done on Saturday (day 22) to tell my weight loss and show my photos, so I thought I'd post an initial "almost done" post.
Starting weight: 170
Almost done, 12 pounds lost in 19 days, down one pants size. Don't I look good? So happy! #BoneBrothDiet

      The #BoneBrothDiet is a lot like Trim Healthy Mama, but with a weight-loss kick start that I needed. For 21 days you cut out dairy, grains and starches, all processed foods and sugars (of course!)--eating only certain and limited fats. You eat meats and vegetables (Primal diet) and fast two days out of every seven. On fast days you drink bone broth, and you experience no hunger pains!

      Will be trying to stay strict with this till I get to a good weight for my height and size, and then will reintroduce other good foods as I transition into maintenance.
