Menu Monday for 1/18/16

So last week I mentioned that I am following The Bone Broth Diet. I have now finished Week 2 and am on Day 3 of Week 3! What I don't think I mentioned last week is that last week
my son joined me on the diet! He wanted to get rid of a few #s. Now only hubby is eating carbs at our table...

Here's our plan for this week:



Saturday (1/16):  
B: 3 eggs scrambled w/spinach
L: salad with tuna
D: roast chicken breasts (p122), rice, broccoli/cauliflower

Make bone broth

Sunday (1/17):
B: bone broth
L: bone broth
D: beef broth/leftovers

Monday (1/18):
B: 3 eggs scrambled w/spinach
L: salad with beef
D: Salmon, sweet potatoes, spinach, beets

Tuesday (1/19):
B: 3 eggs scrambled w/spinach
L: salad with chicken
D: Pot roast, carrots, onion, green beans, (mashed potatoes)

Wednesday (1/20):
B: bone broth
L: bone broth
D: bone broth, leftovers

Thursday (1/21):
B: 3 eggs scrambled w/spinach
L:  salad with beef
D: burgers, Brussel sprouts, lettuce, tomato

Friday (1/22):
B: 3 eggs scrambled w/spinach
L: salad with tuna
D Care Group / leftovers

Saturday (1/23):  
B: 3 eggs scrambled w/spinach
L: salad with roast beef
D: middle eastern meatballs, cauli rice,
