First Menu Plan for Spring

Here's my menu plan for 3/23-3/29/14:




Sunday:
Baked chicken, stuffing, broccoli (faux chicken, spaghetti squash)

Monday:

Vegetable/bean soup, salad, bread

Tuesday:

cheeseburgers (faux burger), green beans, potato chips

Wednesday:

cheese tortellini, salad, bread (gnocchi, sauce, salad)

Thursday:
lemon chicken, rice, Brussels sprouts (faux chicken patty, brown rice)

Friday:
baked stuffed potatoes (veg. chili)

Saturday:

Salmon on the grill, asparagus, orzo (leftover vegan food from other meals)
