Planning your dinners, creating the weekly shopping list, and getting the weeks groceries into the house are one of the things you can do to make your home and homeschool run more smoothly each week.
Here is this week's dinner plan.
First, the vegan back-up option I made for myself this week is called Kichari. It includes split yellow peas, brown rice, cubed yam, bite-sized cauliflower, cumin seed, turmeric, cilantro, and some obscure things I know not of nor where to purchase, such as miso and asafoetida. Anyway, it's done and it's yummy!
Monday:
Lemon chicken, rice, green beans;
Tuesday:
Chunky Tomato Soup, Grilled Cheese Sandwiches;
Wednesday:
Cheeseburgers/rolls (black bean burger for me); cooked carrots;
Thursday:
Turkey pot pie, crescent rolls
Friday:
Broiled Asian Steak, broccoli, baked potatoes
Saturday:
home made pizza, salad
Sunday:
Ravioli, salad, Texas toast
