Menu Plan Monday for 4/2/18


This week started with Easter. Next day we visited my father-in-law to celebrate his 90th birthday (which happened last week). Pop Pop's sons were all there with their wives, as well as many of the grandchildren and great grandchildren. It was a good, but short trip.

Anyway, here's this week's menu plan.


Saturday (3/31): sizzle burgers, zucchini, noodles

Sunday (4/1):  ham, scalloped potatoes, rolls, green beans

Monday (4/2):  Seafood dinner, Caesar salad, asparagus

Tuesday (4/3): Steak, fries, Caesar salad

Wednesday (4/4): Steak and cheese sub; fresh vegetables

Thursday (4/5)(CAP):  chicken, broccoli, rice

Friday (4/6):  dinner out
