This week's meal choices don't feel very healthy, but this is healthier than eating out, and I take comfort in that. Here are this week's plans:

Sunday (3/25): pan-fried
chicken, orzo, cauliflower/broccoli
Monday (3/26): lasagna,
salad, TX toast
Tuesday (3/27): smoky corn
chowder, salad, rolls
Wednesday (3/28): leftovers
Thursday (3/29)(CAP): ribs, cole
slaw, tater tots
Friday (3/30): salmon, green
beans, noodles
