This dual enrollment effort has been going on for weeks, and menu planning suffered as well. With little time, it was thrown together quickly this week, so
your mileage may vary. Am still following the Bone Broth Diet model, more of an 80/20 plan now, with two bone broth fasts for me this week while family eats leftovers or other on those days. Things family is served that I'm not eating are in brackets. Here you go:

D: pot roast with radishtoes (p50 THM) and gravy (S), green beans
Wednesday (2/3):

Thursday (2/4):

D: hamburgers [rolls], Brussel sprouts, lettuce, tomato
Friday (2/5):
