Here is my menu plan for the new week. The plan is already changing. Yesterday I could not do bone broth--I had put the crock pot crock outside for the broth to freeze on Friday, brought it in to thaw on Saturday, but on Sunday it was still frozen. So I ate food Sunday. Monday started with leftover quiche instead of eggs. Dinner out might not happen because of the weather, so meals will bump. My menu plans are fluid, constantly shifting, but here is the skeleton:
Sunday (2/14):
B: bone broth
L: bone broth
D: bacon, broccoli, spinach quiche, rolls
Monday (2/15):
B: 3 eggs scrambled
w/spinach
L: tuna, salad
D: dinner out
Tuesday (2/16):
B: 3 eggs scrambled
w/spinach
L: tuna, salad
D: Kale, Sausage and Potato Soup, salad
Wednesday (2/17):
B: bone broth
L: bone broth
D: honey garlic chicken w/roasted brussels, rice
Thursday (2/18):
B: 3 eggs scrambled w/spinach
L: chicken salad
D: burgers, lettuce, tomato, carrots
Friday (2/19):
B: 3 eggs scrambled
w/spinach
L: salad
D: Flounder, Mexican Slaw, green beans
Saturday (2/20):
B: 3 eggs scrambled
w/spinach
L: steak salad
D: grandma’s chili, cornbread (salad?)
