Menu Monday - 6/8/15

Menu Plan Monday for the week of May 25/15 - easy recipes and inspiration
 
 Here's my vegan/carnivore blended plan for this week:

Sunday (6/8): Chipotle black bean soup (p 101 FoK), salad, rolls

Monday (6/9): Boy Scouts Court of Honor – taking Quinoa Tabbouleh (p 62 FoK)

Tuesday (6/10): BLTs, milkshakes (vegan leftovers)

Wednesday (6/11): Tacos, refried beans, tortilla chips (bean burritos)

Thursday (6/12)(CAP):  cheeseburgers, green beans (veggie burger)

Friday (6/13): barbecued chicken, rice, broccoli (leftover Macaroni & not cheese)

Saturday (6/14):  beef stew, rolls (leftover quinoa tabbouleh)

Sunday (6/15): Dinner at Care Group, taking quinoa, corn and black bean salad (p 63 FoK)
