Menu Plan Monday for 4/6/15


Here is my vegan/carnivore blended menu plan for this week (with vegan selections sometimes in parentheses):



Sunday (4/5):
Ham, scalloped potatoes, green beans, rolls (Creamy cauliflower soup, salad)

Monday (4/6):
Ham on biscuit petite sandwiches, Beet Soup (P&RHD p 189), salad, bread

Tuesday (4/7):
Sweet Potato and Cauliflower Rice Pilaf (FOK p 223)

Wednesday (4/8):
Chicken, Koshari (FOK p 210), broccoli

Thursday (4/9):
Spaghetti, sauce, garlic bread, salad

Friday (4/10):
Minestrone Soup, salad, bread

Saturday (4/11):
Beef Stew, salad, bread (vegan leftovers)
