Sweet Potato and Cauliflower Rice Pilaf (FOK p 223)
Wednesday
(4/8):
Chicken, Koshari (FOK p 210), broccoli
Thursday
(4/9):
Spaghetti, sauce, garlic bread, salad
Friday (4/10):
Minestrone Soup, salad, bread
Saturday
(4/11):
Beef Stew, salad, bread (vegan leftovers)
