Menu Monday for 4/20/15


Here is our carnivore/vegan blended menu plan for our family for this week. Some of these items got bumped to this week from last week when plans changed.



Saturday (4/18):
Chicken Caesar salad (vegan leftovers)

Sunday (4/19):
Hot dogs, beans, chips (or dinner out)

Monday (4/20):
Orange, fennel and white bean salad (FoK p72)

Tuesday (4/21):
Ethiopian Lentil Stew (FoK p123)

Wednesday (4/22):
Citrusy black bean taquitos (FoK p 208), tortilla chips, salad

Thursday (4/23):
Indonesian Noodle Salad (p 143 FoK)

Friday (4/24):
Leftovers (Mama at MACHE)

Saturday (4/25):
Dinner out
