Menu Monday for 4/13/15



Here is my Vegan/Carnivore blended menu plan. This week the carni is traveling, so it is mostly vegan.



Saturday (4/11):
Chicken, stuffing, mixed vegs (vegan leftovers)

Sunday (4/12):
Stuffed baked potatoes, broccoli, chili

Monday (4/13):
Quinoa, Corn and Black Bean Salad (FOK p63)

Tuesday (4/14):
Superfood Soup, salad, bread

Wednesday (4/15):
Ethiopian Lentil Stew (FoK p123)

Thursday (4/16):
Orange, fennel and white bean salad (FoK p72

Friday (4/17):
Spaghetti with lentil ragu (FoK p 158), salad, bread

Saturday (4/18):
Dinner out
