Sunday: Hot dogs, beans, sour kraut
Wednesday: Grandma's Chili (page 127 OAMC) [vegan chili] salad, cornbread
Thursday: roast chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans (brown rice, fake chicken patty vegan servings)
Friday: Cheddar Broccoli Soup in bread bowls [Ridiculously easy cream of broccoli soup]
Saturday:beef enchiladas [bean enchiladas], chips, fresh veggies
