Menu Monday for 9/15/2014

Here are our meal plans for this week. For vegan, I am not really able to make many adjustments this week. I'm trying to make a batch of black beans and rice, but I'm not sure if I'll get it made. If I do, I'll eat it as a substitute for the meaty meals.

Sunday: lasagne (left overs), salad, garlic bread

Monday: Macaroni & Cheese Dinner; Broccoli

Tuesday: Seafood dinner

Wednesday: Chicken al fredo over noodles

Thursday: Pulled pork sandwiches, cole slaw

Friday: Cheese Burgers; baked beans; lettuce and tomato

Saturday: Stir Fry Chicken over rice
