Monday: Italian
Zucchini Bake [whole wheat penne, sauce, black beans]
Tuesday: cheeseburgers, rolls/flats, veggies, [Amy’s quarter pounder]
Tuesday: cheeseburgers, rolls/flats, veggies, [Amy’s quarter pounder]
Wednesday: Man-pleasing Chicken, mashed potatoes, broccoli [faux chicken patty]
Thursday: Beef Stew, muffins [stew veggies, black beans]
Friday: Baked chicken, green beans, brown rice [faux chicken]
