New week, and will try not to miss any more weeks of menu planning. This week's menu plan includes proteins and veggies to keep me happy, with starches [in brackets] to keep my family happy. In some places I put in (parenthesis) the food item I am using in place of the starch. My shopping day is Saturday, so my plan runs Saturday to Friday.

Sunday (3/20):

D: bacon, lettuce and tomato (wraps) swiches
Monday (3/21):

L: salad with tuna
D: beef [pitas] lettuce wraps, chips
Tuesday (3/22):
B: 3 eggs scrambled
w/spinach
L: tuna, salad
D: roasted chicken, [rice], green beans
Wednesday (3/23):
B: 3 eggs scrambled
w/spinach
L: tuna, salad
D: spaghetti (spiralized zucc), salad, [garlic knots]
Thursday (3/24):
B: 3 eggs scrambled w/spinach
L: salad
D: lemon chicken, broccoli, [scalloped potatoes]
Friday (3/25):
B: 3 eggs scrambled
w/spinach
L: salad with chicken
D: flounder, noodles, brussels sprouts
