The family is just returning from vacation, and school starts tomorrow. It will be a vert busy week. The meal choices reflect that -- things that can be thrown together and eaten in a hurry, for the most part. The vegan is going to limp along on past frozen vegan entrees, so the meal plan this week does not reflect much vegan influence.
