I'm a little late figuring out my plans this week. Normally shop on Saturdays, but went to Richmond Saturday to watch my daughter run the Richmond Marathon instead!
So we've been figuring it out each day - dinner out Saturday; pizza Sunday... finally figured out a plan so here it is:
Sunday (11/15):
Pizza (lentil soup)
Monday (11/16) (Boy Scouts):
Hot dogs, chips, cauliflower
Tuesday (11/17):
Pan-fried chicken breasts, broccoli, rice medly
Wednesday (11/18):
Boy Scout fund raiser – Buffalo Wild Wings (vegan dinner at home)
Thursday 11/19)(7:00 CAP):
Spaghetti, sauce, salad,
TX toast
Friday (11/20):
Butternut Squash Soup, Salad, bread
Saturday (11/21):
Stir fry vegetables, brown rice
