Menu Monday for 7-20-15

Here's my vegan/carnivore blended menu plan for this week:

Sunday (7/19):  for Care Group: Smokey Little Devils (p 132 P&RHD CB)
dinner: grilled cheese sandwiches and basil tomato soup, leftover Smokey Devils

Monday (7/20): Dinner at Overbeys – take kale waldorf salad (p 159 P&RHD CB)(taking a veggie burger)

Tuesday (7/21): red lentil and dill soup with mint (p82 P&RHD CB)

Wednesday (7/22): stuffed baked potatoes

Thursday (7/23)(CAP): cheeseburgers, potato chips, carrots (veggie burger)

Friday (7/24): barbecued chicken, corn on the cob, broccoli (vegan eating no meat)

Saturday (7/25):  date night – dinner out
