Here are my vegan/carnivore menu plans for this week.
The breakfasts and lunches for the vegan are:
Breakfast - old fashioned cooked oats with frozen blueberries;
Lunch - vegan leftovers, starting week with leftover vegan chili and salad or carrots, transitioning to leftover kitchari from a previously frozen stash.
Here's the dinner plans for this week:
Saturday
(11/22):
Spinach quiche, salad, corn bread
Sunday
(11/23):
Chicken, kitchari, broccoli
Monday
(11/24):
Hamburgers (Amy's quarter pounder), rolls, tomatoes, lettuce
Tuesday
(11/25):
Steak (portabella mushroom cap), baked potatoes, salad, carrot cake
Wednesday
(11/26):
Manicotti (not sure what the vegan will have - leftovers? Wheat noodles with sauce?), salad, bread
Thursday
(11/27)
Turkey, stuffing, green bean casserole, cranberry
jelly, rolls, candied yams, pumpkin pie (vegan may crumble and eat like a carnivore, or might eat not-candied yams, green beans and wheat rolls)
Friday
(11/28):
Hot turkey sandwiches, leftovers (vegan leftovers)
Saturday
(11/29):
Turkey tetrazzini, broccoli, leftovers (whole wheat pasta, white beans)
