Menu Monday for 1-8-18


 Happy Monday! Have any snow yet?

Here are my menu plans for this week:



Saturday (1/6):
Baked Balsamic Chicken, salad, noodles

Sunday (1/7):
Ravioli Bake, salad, TX Toast

Monday (1/8):
Scallops and herbed tomatoes, orzo, asparagus

Tuesday (1/9):
Slow cooker beef stroganoff, noodles, brussel sprouts

Wednesday (1/10):
Chicken Caesar Salad

Thursday (1/11) (CAP):
Salmon, yams, spinach

Friday (1/12)
Italian Baked Pork Chops, potatoes, green beans
