Menu Monday 05-05-14

Here is my menu plan for this week.



Saturday: (5/3)
cheeseburgers, rolls, cut veggies (Amy's quarter pounder)

Sunday: (5/4)
barbeque chicken, potato salad, salad, fruit (was at an event with no vegan protein choice)

Monday: (5/5)
ravioli, salad, bread (cheese ravioli, spinach ravioli and portabello ravioli)

Tuesday: (5/6)

beef stew, rolls, salad (not sure what vegan "meat" I can eat)

Wednesday: (5/7)

pork chops, yams, green beans (vegan leftover soup from freezer)

Thursday: (5/8)
Roast chicken, rice, broccoli (faux chicken patty)

Friday: (5/9)
Corn Chowder, salad, rolls (meat added to the chowder for the omnivores)

Saturday: (5/10)
Eagle Court of Honor Banquet
