Menu Monday for 6/25/18

This week we are eating just a little less meat. Here's the plan:



Saturday (6/23):  Chicken Caesar Salad, rolls

Sunday (6/24):  Special treat: Chinese food! (carry out)

Monday (6/25): Broccoli Rice Casserole (FOK p 205), salad, rolls

Tuesday (6/26): Pork chops, macaroni & cheese, green beans

Wednesday (6/27): Quinoa, corn & black bean salad (FOK p. 63), rolls

Thursday (6/28)(CAP): Cheeseburgers, fresh vegetables

Friday (6/29): Date night: dinner out
