Menu Monday for 5/1/17



Busy days! Planning pushed back; blogging pushed back... Here are this week's menu plans:
 
Saturday (4/29):  Macaroni Casserole (page 252 100 Easy Whole Recipes)

Sunday (4/30):  Barbecued chicken, potato salad, cole slaw (leftover orzo, raw broccoli)

Monday (5/1) (BS Troop Mtg.) : BLTs

Tuesday (5/2): Black Bean Bowls (page 205, 100 Days of Real Food, Fast and Fabulous)

Wednesday (5/3): chicken tortilla soup (page 194, 100 Days of Real Food, Fast and Fabulous), Tostitos, salad

Thursday (5/4) (CAP): Beef Bourguianon (page 241, 100 Days of Real Food, Fast and Fabulous), noodles

Friday (5/5) (Care Group):  leftovers
