Another busy week this week. It will include podiatrist, dermatologist, orthodontist, carpet cleaning, a Jenny Craig visit, and my son attending summer college class two hours a day, four days a week (and we share a vehicle). There's not much time to cook most days, so I mostly chose easy to prepare meals. I can handle long cook times this week, but not long preparation times plus long cook times. Here we go:
Saturday (5/27): baked lemon
and dill salmon, asparagus
Sunday (5/28): Dinner at
Becky’s
Monday (5/29): barbecued
chicken, corn on the cob, salad
Tuesday (5/30): BLTs, milk shakes
Wednesday (5/31): sausage-cheddar quiche
Thursday (6/1) (CAP): baked pork chops, green beans, Lipton’s
noodles
Friday (6/2): roasted chicken,
rice, broccoli
