Menu Monday for 7/18/16


Worked hard on my menu plans this week. Pulled heavily from Working at Homeschool and Trim Healthy Mama. Here's the plan:


Saturday (7/17):
B: blueberry morning
L: salad with tuna
D: date night – dinner out

Sunday (7/18):  
B: blueberry morning
L: salad or leftovers
D: Italian sausage & chicken bake, baggette, asparagus or brussels sprouts

Monday (7/19):  
B: blueberry morning
L: salad w/leftover Italian sausage & chicken

Tuesday (7/19):  
B: blueberry morning
L: salad w/leftover flank steak

Wednesday (7/20):
B: blueberry morning
L: salad w/leftover salmon
D: Burrito Bowls (E) shredded chicken, brown rice, beans, salsa, and lime juice piled in a bowl.

Thursday (7/21)(CAP):
B: blueberry morning
L: salad w/leftover burrito bowl
D: Grilled chicken with salad, baggette

Friday (7/22):
B: blueberry morning
L: leftover grilled chicken with salad
D: Chili-lime pork loin and salad

Saturday (7/23):  
B: blueberry morning
L: salad w/leftover pork loin
D: Cucumber greek salad
