Here are my menu plans for this week. This past week I have been in a sling, and I had prepared meals in advance. We nevertheless ended up bumping Thursday to Friday, and ate out subs on Thursday. We're bumping one more night tonight and going out to eat. So some of these meals were originally listed for last week and are showing up this week bumped.
Sunday: leftovers
Monday: Salmon (lentil soup), spinach, noodles (a birthday) carrot cake and ice cream
Tuesday: black bean soup, salad, rolls
Wednesday: cheese burgers, carrots (veggie burger)
Thursday: Turkey, sausage stuffing, candied sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, au gratin potatoes, plain green beans for the kids, rolls, cranberry jelly, pumpkin pie, pecan pie, whipped cream
Friday: Leftovers
Saturday: Ravioli, salad, bread
